2000 Christmas Solar Eclipse

On Christmas day, 2000, there was a partial solar eclipse visible from where I lived about an hour northwest of Minneapolis. Being the brave sole that I am, I set up my Meade LX200 telescope with a solar filter and stood outside braving the sub-zero temperatures to take a few shots. Granted, it was cold, and it may have not been the best day to use my telescope, but I think having a nice shot of a solar eclipse is quite special.
